Counselling sessions are £60 and last 50 minutes.

 

I offer a free 15-minute initial phone consultation before we arrange your first session. This gives us an opportunity to talk briefly about what has brought you to counselling, for you to find out more about how I work, and to decide whether you would like to continue.

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session fee.

LOCATION

I offer face-to-face counselling from a private counselling room in my home in the Westvale Park area of Horley. There is free on-street parking nearby. Please note that the room is on the second floor and there is no step-free access.

I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy in Horley and the surrounding area, as well as online counselling via Microsoft Teams for clients across the UK.
